Counseling is therapy for the mind, shadow work is therapy for the soul. 

Every single one of us has a shadow side; it is an inherent part of our duality and who we are. Often, our shadow selves are diminished, devalued, pushed aside, or hidden away due to shame, embarrassment, trauma, etc. Shadow work, or exploring one’s shadow self, is the act of uncovering, recognizing, accepting and integrating these necessary parts of yourself in a way that is free from judgment and negativity. It is a necessary part of one's growth and evolution. This process is an incredibly healing journey; however, it can also be an incredibly heavy one. This is why it’s important to have a mentor, guide, or experienced & trusted friend to help you navigate your shadow self and the work you will find there.  

It is my honor to provide these shadow work guidance sessions as a way to allow a safe, supervised space for you to begin (or expand upon) this journey of healing, self-exploration and discovering these aspects of yourself. Whether you’re exploring the inner child, various abuse/traumas, intuitive giftings, insecurity/self-doubt, etc., I serve as mentor and guide to those that desire or feel they require additional support. These sessions will be catered to each individual and their specific needs/path. Sharing intimate energetic space with you is the highest privilege. You will never have to worry about your information being shared, sold or used against you.
